I can’t say enough about the service that Tom Phillips & 2 Rivers Ford extends to customers. We looked at cars at different dealerships for 2 months before we bought our Bronco. Called two Rivers Ford to make an appointment to get a recall issue taken care of. I was told it was first come first serve and to just drop off the car and it would take 4 to 5 days. Called Gallatin Ford and got an appointment the next day. After purchasing 3 vehicles at Two Rivers, I will be taking future business to Gallatin Ford.

I bought my first Ford ever in January 2024. It was a 2017 Ford escape with 57,000 miles on it. John Q was my salesman and he was a super nice gentleman. My son Shawn was with me. I knew more about the truck than the salesman. He passed me off to another sales man who was going to be there the next day who convinces me to buy the truck. Then when I show up to buy it the original sales man returns and finishes the transaction. I wasn’t feeling sure about it.
