Play Ball!

Calling all Wilson Countians! This Thursday, August 18th, at 11:30am, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at what was formerly Mt. Juliet League Park, to officially unveil the new namesake of the park, Two Rivers Ford!

Two Rivers Ford Park is located at 10835 Lebanon Rd in Mt. Juliet, just a few minutes north of Two Rivers Ford and Mt. Juliet High School. Two Rivers is thrilled to put their name on such a fantastic staple of the Wilson County community, as the new naming rights sponsor.

Two Rivers Ford owner John Barker understands the importance of the park and the Mt. Juliet League to the community, and is so happy that he can help out the league and also become a part of it.

Here is what Barker had to say about the new partnership:

“We know how important the Mt. Juliet League and this park are to the community. When it flooded during the pandemic, we reached out to the League to see how we could help, and the idea of the naming rights sponsor was born.  We wanted to build a sign that was significant, to match all memories that have been made, and are yet to be made there. We added the digital board not only to relay news about the Mt. Juliet League, but also to communicate community news to the large number of people travelling on Lebanon Road every day.  We are excited about the new sign at Two Rivers Ford Park, and we’re truly honored to be part of such an iconic institution as the Mt. Juliet League.”

John Barker, Owner, Two Rivers Ford

We hope you can make it out to the park on Thursday to celebrate an incredibly exciting day for both Two Rivers Ford and for the Mt. Juliet League!

We will gather by the brand new Two Rivers Ford Park sign and digital billboard.

Light refreshments from the Sweet Shoppe will be provided, and interviews will be made available to media directly after the ribbon cutting.

Head on over to our Facebook page and let us and your friends know if you’ll be there!

Tristar Ford All Ford Show

Saturday’s All Ford Show presented by Tristar Ford was an awesome time! 185 cars and one boat (thanks to Mickey Beck) showed up to Green Hill High School!

There were some CLASSIC old Fords on display, like this baby!

Our very own Gary Taylor was in attendance with Mickey Beck, two of this biggest fisherman you’ll ever find!

It was a fantastic event that showed off a lot of really cool Ford vehicles, personalities, and history! Thanks to Tristar Ford!
