Categories are listed in 5 main groups, Community, Flavor, Medical, Retail, and Services. Winners, finalists and nominees with a high number of votes from previous years are listed on the ballot, but you can submit a nomination in any category if your favorite is not already listed.

Online voting is strongly encouraged, however, official newspaper ballots can be found in the Wilson Post. All digital and print ballots must have votes cast in a minimum of 5 categories to be valid.
