Mobile Service From Two Rivers Ford Is A 10/10 Experience!
My Experience With Mobile Service From Two Rivers Ford
On Friday of last week, I had my first ever mobile service appointment with Two Rivers Ford. I always visit the dealership in Mount Juliet when I need service, but lately, life has been busy, and a 45 minute trip to Two Rivers Ford was a tall task. So I decided to call on the mobile service department, and schedule an appointment at my home.
I was originally scheduled for an afternoon appointment on Monday, when the winter storm was still very much over Nashville. I got a call early Monday morning from August at Two Rivers Ford, calling to reschedule at my earliest convenience. We booked a time for later in the week, when the weather has lifted some. However, it was still in the low 20s outside. Didn’t matter for Junior and Dennis!
Junior and Dennis pulled up to my house right on time, and immediately got to work, in the snowy cold!

They changed my oil, inflated my tires, and replaced my fluids, all in a half hour. They were professional, engaging, and made the whole process seamless for me.
After finishing the service, we waited a few minutes for the invoice to electronically arrive from the dealership, and took care of it right on the spot. All in all, the entire experience was just over a half hour. In that time, I wouldn’t have even made it to Two Rivers Ford. Instead, all I had to do was walk outside, and that was that.
The best part? I paid exactly what I would’ve paid, if I had gone to the dealership!
I can’t recommend Two Rivers Ford’s Mobile Service enough. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to fall behind on your vehicle maintenance. With mobile service from Two Rivers Ford, they make sure you never have to. Visit their website to book your appointment today, or call 629-255-5226, and they’ll get you all set up!
A Big Thank You To Our Linemen!
We know the last week has been tough for so many people in the Middle Tennessee area. The winter storm hit harder than expected, knocking power out across the mid-state, displacing families from their homes, and causing damage all around.
We want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to all the linemen and workers around the area that are working tirelessly, day and night, to restore power, clean up debris, and get our communities back to normal.
Their job is often thankless, and isn’t glamorous, but it’s essential, and we cannot thank them enough for their efforts over the last week.
If you know a lineman, or see one out working in the cold, show your appreciation!
