Bringing the Old Styles Back
2023 is the year of the throwback, with teams across professional sports releasing throwback uniforms that they’ll don this season. One of the most notable was the Titans, who unveiled their Houston Oilers throwback uniforms a few weeks back.
The uniforms are absolutely gorgeous, with the Luv Ya Blue getting a nice 20th century refresh!
The last time the franchise wore the uniforms was in 2009, and before that? When they were still the Tennessee Oilers.
The team announced that the Titans will wear the jerseys during week 8 against the Texans, and again in week 15 versus the Chargers!
That’s not the only major throwback that’s happened in Middle Tennessee though!
Two Rivers Ford has been representing some throwbacks of their own, in celebration of 40 years of service!
