Titans Losing Streak Continues

Sunday afternoon, the Titans extended their losing streak, dropping a 4th consecutive game after starting 7-3. The Titans lost a heartbreaker in SoFi Stadium to the Chargers by a score of 17-14, on a game-winning field goal.

Tannehill and the Titans drove the field and scored a tying touchdown with 48 seconds to go, only to allow the Chargers to drive right back the other way and set up a game winning 43-yard field goal.

The game was ugly from the beginning, with Ryan Tannehill being carted off in the 1st quarter with an ankle injury. However, he later returned, gutting it out with almost no support from his offense.

After the game, Tannehill described the pain of that injury.

If I was a betting man, I’d say we’ll be seeing rookie QB Malik Willis under center for the next couple of weeks…
